Hi, can someone recommend some rain protectors and preferrable items you can purchase on ebay?

Not so much the rain but recently did a few seascapes and always have splash of wave hit on me, which scare the #$%^ out of me (if the camera die!!) Although after each session I have done a very, very throughout clean up but after 500D is not designed to be weather seal.

So decided to invest on a protector so lower my fears :)

Please help

Andy

for light rain or splash of sea water (or breezes on sandy beaches), definitely the optech covers. get 2 packs, keep one cover in each bag. definitely a spectacular investment, and if you're nice to them, you can get 5-10 uses out of each one.

Interesting. However, one gust of wind and you'll be back to square one, and have a wet camera.
