Hi all,

I grabbed these photos from a car performance forum. The owner of the car had no idea what was used to take these photos, so I thought I ask my fellow POTNer.

You could see that they look like as if they were massively done in PS. Do you know if it's possible to get such images straight out of the camera ? If yes, then what could have been used to get such photos ? If not, what PS technique was used to get such outcome ?

Edited: The photos were taken from here http://www.rexnet.com.au …ndex.php?showtopic=118127 (external link)

Regards :)

If you didnt take them or own them, you need to link to them rather than post. Forum rules to protect copyrights.

Nah mate, it's not fixed. The photos are still there.
You need to delete the images and just have a link each photo.
All you've done is edit your post to include the link to the forum where you saw them.
The photos you've posted need to go.

If you wish to display photos that you didn't take, POTN explicitly requires you to have written permission of the copyright holder (the photographer), and to acknowledge both the photographer and where published. Changed photos to links.

Thanks, but I knew what the EXIF info were.

I'm looking at the photos and I could see that they don't look normal. They look more of cartoonish rather than shots taken straight aware from the camera.

Do you guys have, at least, samples of similar photos taken by yourselves ?

Thanks :)

Sorry, I didnt see anything cartoonish. Just well exposed photos with a bit of levels and curves adjustments in photoshop. Maybe a saturation bumb, but nothing too difficult.

I get what you are saying, but there isn't anything strange going on. They bumped the contrast a bit, thats all.

The cartoon feel is possibly due to then fact that none of them are exposed correctly.
