What was used to take these beautiful photos ?

Hi all,

I grabbed these photos from a car performance forum. The owner of the car had no idea what was used to take these photos, so I thought I might ask my fellow POTNer.

You could see that they look like as if they were massively done in PS. Do you know if it's possible to get such images straight out of the camera ? If yes, then what could have been used to get such photos ? If not, what PS technique was used to get such outcome ?
