Both the water tower and old capitol are listed on the National Register of Historical Places.   This is on the walkway over River Road leading to the City Dock and the Mississippi River. The Planetarium is on the right and the Mississippi River Bridge is in the background on the left.

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.
