How is Abe's of Maine in terms of exchanges?

I know there has been a few other threads asking about abes of maine but they don't answer my question in particular.

I'm going to order a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 from Abe's of Maine sometime in the near future and I was wondering how they are with exchanges due to faulty product?

I'm just preparing for the situation in which I get a poor focusing Sigma and would like to exchange it for another one. I don't plan on doing this until I get a good one. Maybe once then send into calibration if need be.

I bought CF card from them, that was already opened when I received it, I had not idea if it was used or not.

I called them up and they shipped me a new one no questions asked. They also shipped it before I had sent the original one back.

Got my Sigma 10-20 from them, used it a for a few days, I wasn't 100% satisfied with the copy, called them, sent it back, got a new one in about 5-6 days total turnaround time.
