What processing could yield me a picture like this?

well it a little more than black and white, i've been playing with lightroom for an hour, cant seem to get it like that, anybody have a clue?

Looks like it's slightly overexposed with a yellow tint... touch of red, too, perhaps. Not straight black and white.

Over expose by a stop
Very low contrast
Shadows lifted slightly
Little bit of a blue tint overall

aside from exposure:

massive desat + output levels set to around 32 for blue [add level adj. layer].
