Not that this shoot is a benchmark or anything in my career but the obstacles I had to overcome to get these shots was pretty gnarly. If I had to shoot this car two years ago I would have given up. The mixed lighting was pretty intense and the shop space was so small but overall I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. Don't see to many shops with hard wood floors. Amazing car and a great series.

Excellent work - you made it look like another walk in the park. Funny thing about that 1st shot.... do they really have Recaro fabric to rest their tools on?

Yes they really do have Recaro fabric on the work benches. ASM is probably one of if no the largest Recaro dealer in Japan.

Nice shop! I think that, if you're going to go with high contrast, you should mask some of the effect off the body of the car. You've lost almost any hint showing the detail of it's contours.
