BNIB cameras in Toronto Kijiji? hmmm..

Ok, I'm shopping for a Canon Rebel, T2i... and I do a quick search on kijiji and I see A LOT of Brand New ones listed:

They are priced about a $50-100 less retail and tax included, which is quite a great deal... but I'm not sure if I can trust the sellers..

I emailed one asking where he got the camera and he said his parents own a camera store!? hmmm... Is that legit? or could it be that these are stolen or something? Any experience dealing/buying brand new items from Kijiji?
