1D MKIII underexposure 2/3

I noticed that my 1d mkiii usually underexposure about 2/3 compare to the 1ds MKII. Anyone experience the same thing? I tried it with a couple of lensees, 50 f1.4, 24-70 and 135 and they are similar.

Could it be something in the settings that I'm not aware of?

I think I noticed this more after I upgraded it to firmware 1.3.0 from 1.2.5

I downgraded it to 1.2.3 and it seems the same.

Anyone has 1.2.5 that can send to me? I want to try it and compare.
