C&C pls.. black and white does this PP work ok?

Hi ,tried a black and white conversion in photoshop does the PP work ok, on my daughter or is it too much? thanks..

I think it needs more contrast but I love the catch lights. You might get more comments if you post in the other part of family and kids.
