Both BHPhoto & Crumpler list it as 50cm long so that would be 19.7". Width is 6cm / 2.4".

Mine is 54 inches long, and I could maybe get another two inches out of it, but that would be the max.

Could you do me a favor and measure where your neck goes i just got my OPTECH in today and it is too small around the neck. the neoprene material is a bit short and where the strap is sewn to the neoprene rubs on my neck

and i am a big guy too 6*3

I'm 6'1" and the ID is exceedingly comfortable. I'm not going break out the measuring tape, but suffice it to say that I can sling my 5DII cross-body and have the camera rest even with my hip.

And the padded neck strap is sufficiently long that there is plenty of overlap, so no worries about the ends rubbing your neck. Crumpler really got it right if you ask me.

Here's some shots of me wearing it (with 40D in this pic):

Can I just ask is there a forum glitch? Because I keep clicking on a thread marked 'Crumpler Industry Disgrace, and I keep getting a thread about strap lengths.
