On the first video, it might be my screens, but the white balance seems off. Was AWB selected? If so, you can try shooting a picture of a white card (or even white paper) and set it manually.

great video. i love dogs!

as for quality..i wasnt sure if it was the low ram on my computer..but it looked choppy. hopefully that's not how all vids come out on the t1i

was that 30fp on 720? or 20 from 1080

The WB was just one of the pre-sets. I forgot to do an AWB before I shot the video. I'm pretty sure the video was shot at 1080 and 20fps. It doesn't seem that choppy on my comp though.
