I have a Pt Gui 8.2.2 and after the stitching is done, it won't allow me to save the image in tif or jpeg. Only in .pts and "all files" which I can't open in PS and the file size is only 8K.
What did I do wrong? Thanks for your help.

I am using the Mac version.

Under the "Create Panorama" tab, there are drop down menus to set the various file formats and output file location. By clicking the "Save and send to Batch Stitcher" button, the output file will automatically be saved to the pre-defined location.

Hope this helps.
