Opted to get it from Amazon because of the free shipping to Hawaii. Thank goodness I bought it as the rates are rocketing up sky high...I mean, cmon, BestBuy has it for $100...you'd think others could do a lot better. Only problem is I was on Amazon's backorder list...sheesh. It's the backorder that's killing the price. Those other merchants are just capitalizing on Amazon's low stock. If you can read this, you don't need a macro | 7D + 5DIII + Waaaay too much spent....
