Your subjects are in a great pose and have very good expressions. The background is a little too hot. I would cut back drastically on that background light. Do you see hot spots on the shoulders of his white shirt?

Do you see the pattern of light and shadow on your subjects? When you analyze the patterns do you see anything that you would classify as unreal - such as light coming from two directions at once?

Let me suggest a different approach:
