Instead of selling the file, license them the image for the uses she needs and base your price by those uses. This is the model almost all commercial photographers use. You still own that image and, if you give her a non-exclusive license, you can relicense it to another party.

Haha I wasnt expecting it either, when I walked in with that confused look on my face, she assumed I was a photographer. She said that photographers come in all the time, but they never get to see the images, and I guess since I went back (for sunflowers that were mid bloom on my first visit) I showed her the images and she fell in love.

Side note: ALWAYS keep your camera on you... =)
