Thank you for all the positive comments. My wife will be thrilled since she's the grandma, not the mom and she is the one holding the baby! I like the suggestions on the nail color. I don't think about details like that at all. I brought my camera along and took a few candid shots since I didn't want to distract from the event. I agree with the nail polish though.. I don't think I"m an old fart.. but I could be.. haha.. Whenever I do a newborn or maternity session, I advise the mom/mom to be.. to wear natural polish or a french manicure.. so that the nail color does not attract attention.. soft pretty and sweet.
