I tried again with the White Balance but I still see pink and now a tint of blue...I failed...

How did you try again with the White Balance? Did you reshoot it, or process in photoshop?

process in photoshop, click on something white, this was my result.

...with what?
First of all, if the white is blown out, you won't get good CB results. Gray is better for that. If I use the gray color picker in Layer > New Adjustment layer / Levels & click in the red circle, I can get RGB 118-120-120. But the white shoelaces are still pink at 200-188-192.
Looks like you had two different light sources there, or you screwed something up the first time you processed it.
