hi everybody,

1st post over here, but have been lurking for awhile. lots of inspirational photos on here.

i've been shooting what i believe is a pair of carolina chickadees in my back yard, and finally got a shot i like or at least i'm impressed with the size of that caterpillar!!

7D, eos 70-200 2.8L @ 200mm, f4.5, 1/1000th sec, iso 200

i had a 430 ex II flash on camera but it did not fire (weak batteries), hs sync

shot remotely, (is that cheating?) :)
