Stupid Question: Which battery to charge?

Say I just got done with the ceremony in the church and I am hauling butt to the restaurant for the ceremony. I have the battery charge plugged into the power converter (which is plugged into my cigarette lighter).
Question: Since I have a battery grip. Which battery should I charge first?
Does the 5DII drain the battery evenly?

If for some reason the batteries are low, you should be changing to the pre-charged spares in the car.

What he said.

But really, how are you blowing a set of batteries in the church? How many shots are you taking? I've done 800 shots in a day with my 5d classic with no battery worries. Leave the house with the batteries fully charged, have a spare fully charged set in the car, drive safely to the restaurant with your gear properly stowed in the car.

Doesn't "Battery Info" give you an indication which battery has the lowest charge left.
