Getting the 5Dc as a 2nd body to 5DII ?

Ive toyed with the idea of having my 50D as the 2nd body with 5DII but somewhere I would always feel that the 5Dc just gives me that much more out of the images particularly as i would like to be see the 24-70 as wide as possible, with the used prices for the 5Dc around hovering around 1k I can swing it with the 50D serving as nothing more than a backup body. I shoot enviormental portraits , events, concerts. Im curious as to 5Dc ISO performance 1600 & 3200 as compared to the 50D.

If you don't need the reach of the 1.6 crop factor, then by all means, pick the 5Dc - it has at least one stop (if not more) high ISO advantage over the 50D. My ISO1600 shots are very clean and I wouldn't hesitate to use the 5Dc in ISO 3200 either.
