EDIT: Picture #6 just added.

This is on our way to Turner Falls Oklahoma and we see flowers on the median between I-35 North and South so we pull over and take quick pictures =] Enjoy - C&C welcome

Great stuff.

I do have a question. I think you really nailed the exposure with regards to the sky and the subject (neither are blown out). How did you accomplish this? Are these single shots with a filter, multiple shots using bracketing and then combined in post, just a single shot without a filter? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks guys.

To answer your question. I shoot with raw. I tend to meter for the sky and fix the subject later in photoshop. I edit the raw for good sky color ... then open the raw file again to meter for the subject.. I then put those 2 together and mask the subject/sky (which ever is less work =P ) and some color boosting to get more greens and blues =D

Beautiful series! I love the lighting, color and composition. Your model (girl friend?) is also lovely as well. You certainly have to be a master to be able to pull this off so spontaneously. The day I try to pull over on an interstate, I'd have a State Patrol giving me a ticket.
