I'm going to Yosemite in a couple of weeks and know I need these for the waterfalls. I have read so much on the forums, I am just confused as to what to get.
I do have a cokin z-pro series holder and one Lee .6 gnd. (Did I read somewhere that Lee's weren't very good??) Although I know I need nd's for the water. I also have one CP.

Anyway, if a filter guru would tell me exactly what filters I need, and a brand in the moderate price range, I would be forever grateful.

Thanks, Janie

You don't need a grad for waterfalls; that calls for a solid ND of maybe 3-5 stops. Grads are for balancing dark foregrounds and bright skies. Lees aren't bad. I have a couple. They're certainly the preferred moderate price grad. For solid NDs, look at the reliable brands - Lee or Hitech for square or B+W, Hoya or Heliopan for screw-ins.
