nice lighting and skin tones. in #2, i think the hair covering her eye is a distraction. she looks like the x americal idol who is now in the movies (don't recall her name). overall, pretty good!

... does it really matter?i see with my eyes, i shoot with my fingers.

there isn't much to say about #1 - it's good as it is. very good, soft light. Maybe the catchlights in the eyes should've been a bit bigger, and you should've processed her face just a little bit - skin is uneven under her left eye.

For #2 - the hair is one problem. Maybe it's just me, but I would like the hair to be neat. Light is not as soft in #1, it feels like right side of photo got much more light than the left side. I would have photoshopped her hip and side area to even out the curves. and one last adjustment would have been to choose an angle where the bedsheets cover all the background.

The top of the picture is a bit distracting. However, these are just small improvements you can do to make your already good pictures even better - good job!

just be careful of cropping at the limbs. number one would have been a little better if you didn't crop tight to the shoulders.

and remember, a Stofen is NOT a diffuser, it is a bounce aid. so if you are bouncing your flashes with it, great. but it is not meant to be aimed directly at a subject.
