I have to send my B800 back to PCB. The modeling lamp will not turn off. :(

Have you tried replacing bulb to make sure it's not the bulb that's defective? It would be a shame to send it back if it's just a defect bulb that can easily be replaced.

hmmm I figured the bulb would be OK since it is not out. I'll try that first. I didn't realize the bulb could be defective in that way. Thanks!

AB's have a Off/On switch for the modeling lights. If this is not working and the modeling light will not turn off, it must be a internal issue with the switch or something. Replacing the bulb will on fix this issue. I would call Joe @ PCB and talk to him before just sending it back. He may just send out a replacement with a call tag for the defective one.

I called earlier today before I posted. They just asked me to send it back so they could fix it.
