The first tip is to pay attention to details, such as the point of focus, the background, and composition. None of the flowers is in focus, the background is unattractive and distracting, and the composition is cluttered with no focus of attention. You have to take more time and think to yourself what is the point of the photograph? Try getting in close to a single flower and either getting a better background (perhaps by changing viewpoint) or throwing it all out of focus behind the flower. Choose the best looking flowers and avoid broken stems (one of which almost dominates your picture). Keep shooting, and try some of my suggestions. I'm sure you'll see an improvement. Don't be discouraged - we all started somewhere. Mark.
