I'm a SanDisk guy, and recommend it to all of my customers, from SDHC, CF, to flash drives.

I'm only using Transcend now. No real problems with any others but I am sticking to a single brand. The Transcends are a great value.

I am a SanDisk and PNY user. Never had any problems from either of them. I did get an 8GB Toshiba SD card back a couple months ago, will have to see how it works. I also had a great little 1GB Impact (bought from Walmart maybe 4 or 5 years ago) that I used in my cheap point and shoot/digital camcorder and to transfer files from one computer to another, until I lost it.

I personally stay away from anything Kingston after having four (yes 4) of their thumb drives (all different capacities) fail on me within about 2 months of when I got them, and a couple of RAM modules also failing on me (the thumb drives and RAM modules didn't all fail at the same time). I have also noticed that Kingston has more comparability issues then Sandisk or PNY when it comes to the various Digital Cameras on the market.

Nope. Though I have collected quite a few Sandisk cards from people on the forums as they come up for sale more often.

Sandisk, lexar, kingston are all good and there are others as well.

Yep, I'm totally hooked on Sandisk. It's the only brand I'll use!

I've been using an Adata 2gig card for 2-3 years now with only one incident when I must not have formatted it properly or something, I took 3-4 shots and it froze up, went home and re-formmated and it's working fine again.

Transcend for me too. I have 5 - 64G 400X, 4 - 8G 266X, and 4 - 4G 133X cards. Have taken 10's of thousands of pictures on the, without any problem. I can still pull files off cards that have been sitting for the last 5 years.

at $199 for the 64G 400X Transcend cards right now at NewEgg, you can't beat the value.

Only Sandisk, in 6 years I had only one of them go bad. Other than that, I had bad luck with other brands.
