Guys, need some help here. I am going to skiing with my missus at August (Australia) and I would like to able to take pics and including some action pics (both skiing, but I take pics of her) Since the 500D is NOT bullet (or weather) proof. What kind of housing or sheild I can get to make sure I won't damage the camera?

Looking forward to your advice, thanks in advance :)

Andy

Hi Andy, as far protecting the actual camera when in use, I don't think you will need anything. If the conditions are so bad you need to protect your camera, I'd say there is pretty good chance you won't be taking a picture that will turn out worthy of your efforts.

I don't think I have heard of anyone using protection for there camera on slope. Other than the packs they carry them in.

Hope that helps.
