What best low cost or free photo hosting sites that offers the following service.
Unlimited space
Unliminted bandwidth
Viewer are able to save/download high resolution images

Low cost is relative I guess. FlickR is pretty affordable. SmugMug is unlimited space/bandwidth with hi res downloads too. My friend uses SmugMug to share things and I LOVE their interface.

We use Smugmug (external link) and have been very happy. For personal photo we use Phanfare (external link).

Both have been awesome. I like Phanfare for being able to download songs for the photo albums without having to be a master at HTML.
