De-fishing a fish eye shot

I took the shot below with my Canon 15mm FF fish eye. I read a post somewhere on here that said that PTLens was a good Photoshop plugin for de-fishing. But the post was a coupe of years old. Wanted to make sure that PTLens is still the recommended choice for de-fishing a shot similar to the one below.

I use it at least once a day. Most of the same stuff can be done in Photoshop alone. Filters > Lens Distortion.
