Just got The Wife's 70-200 2.8 IS back from Canon because a progressively worsening focus error:
"Your product has been examined and it was found that the adjustment of the lens assembly was incorrect, the resolution was too low. Best focus, lens centering adjustments were carried out on the lens assembly and product functions were confirmed."
What, specifically, does that mean? I get the incorrect assembly part, sort of, but resolution? I thought that was confined to the camera body. Thanks!
