Down by the river, is this a sparrow? if so what type

Yep, she's what the boys are flashing their red & yellows over - a Female Red winged Blackbird.

I am going to play the Devil's Advocate here and say that it looks a bit dark for a female RWBB. I think it might be a juvi male RWBB.

Thanks everyone, it was about the size of a sparrow or just a little bigger thats what had me confused as to the ID ( not that it takes much to confuse me, so the wife says). Maybe it is a juvie female RBB.
