Anyone taken an online photography course?

I keep seeing the proudphotography.com online course on various websites related to photography. If there is anyone out there that has taken this course or any other online course, I would appreciate your thoughts/comments. Good, bad or ugly.

There's lots of reviews for NYIP, http://www.nyip.com/. The classes are available either by one full payment or monthly installments. I heard it's decent but there's no substitution for in class seat time and having someone there in front of you.

The last time I checked it was $1,200 to complete the entire course in the allowed time frame, I think a year. You can extend this but you begin to pay more for each month you delay, and the total price goes up.
