Thanks for all the nice comments. I had fun getting these photos. The tundra area of RMNP is a great place to shoot. There are big sweeping views of mountain valleys, but I also like the more intimant view of the tundra itself. That's what I was trying for with these pics. Glad you all seem to like them.

Thanks again.

I thought #4 would be the crowd pleaser, but it seems like #1 is the favorite. I almost didn't even bother getting #1. I was driving up Fall River Road when I saw that scene. I thought the clouds looked nice, but I thought there was too much contrast for the shot to work. I had a few hours to burn before sunset shooting so I figured "what the heck" I'll pull of and give it a try. It worked, but then this image almost got erased when my CF card filled up during a hike. I ended up deleting some elk pics instead to make room.
