I do not do a lot of night photography so I was a bit perplexed by one of my wedding photos taken last weekend.

Just like to know if this sort of thing usually happens with night shots, high ISO or if there is a technical reason for it.

I took several photos and this is the only one that had them....(white spots with tails) except for the photo taken straight after this one. Just one spot in the second photo. All others were clear.

Any input would be appreciated as it is just 'bugging ' me.
I have included 2 crops of the same photo. Thanks.

Flash reflecting off particles in the air... or bouncing off the bride's dress onto debris on your sensor/filter. Did you have a filter on the lens?

Yes the filter was still on....I was thinking along the lines of particles in the air as this is the only shot that has them... except as stated above and I took several similar.

They have trails. What's the shutter speed?

They're either angels coming down from heaven, or someone spit on your sensor.

Meteors. The bottom one has a blueish tint which would indicate trace elements of magnesium and iron oxide.

Meteors from Jupiter's 3rd moon without a doubt.

Well...after many and varied opinions on my photo...I sent it off to an 'Earth Sky ' Site and given the location, direction I was shooting and time...they say it is Venus ,which is visible low in the sky at this time and location.
They also stated that it is not uncommon for the photo to show multiple spots that appear to be moving....when it is in reality one bright 'spot'...
So...no aliens or angels but perhaps...the right time ,right place to capture something
different. Thanks for your input.
