Need some help with Custom Functions in 7D

Hi there....i have 2 question about the cfn's in eos 7d..

1st...CFn III -11...what is that...???should i have it activated or deactivated..???activa​ted with external flash or only the IR AF...??? and whats the difference between them..??

2nd...CFn III -7....should i have it in edge or continues????and why???whats the difference..??

can someone who knows please tell me..??thank you..!!

11 = Enable or Disable will either enable or disable using the pop-up flash to fire a rapid succession of flashes to assist in low light focusing. Enable external flash only will only do the same if you have an external flash mounted. IR AF assist only will only use an external flash with IR assist (uses the red lights instead of the flash bulb).

7 = When using the joystick or dials to manually select your focus point it will scroll back around to the other side (like reading a book) when set on Continuous, setting 0 will make it just stop at the left or right-most focus point.

yeap...in fact after some excersice (even though im coming from a 1d mark 2 n and a 40d..the 7d is somekind different!!) i found the paradise...this little beast takes fantastic photos with extraordinary clarity and sharpness..!!! Iam so exciting about this choise..and the true fact is tha every day the results are better and better..!!
