With our first on the way, I have been trying to get some maternity shots I am happy with, and I like this one the most so far! (Also posted in People section, but thought I'd post here too - just call me greedy!)
C&C welcome, but this wasn't an exercise in photographic perfection!
Taken with the 17-40L using 1 (cheap) strobe.

Love the idea...Wish the G-I-R-L letters were the focus of highlight however

I agree with the above poster about the G-I-R-L letters but as a Scrabble lover I like the idea a lot!

Thanks for the comments guys - appreciated.
This was just a spontaneous shoot, not really planned - the scrabble letters were barely staying stuck to the bump - so had to shoot real quick!
I agree, the highlight would have been better on the GIRL. I also posted in the people section and most the comments seemed to suggest not liking the darkness of the image.

I think you might be able to adjust in photoshop or DPP a little? In DPP under the monochrome option, changing the filter to Red or something might do it.
