The make up was not so good. I had to resort to BW conversion. Please give me some comment. Thank you.

I'm not sure how I feel about the direction of the hand (as it tends to look unnatural), but overall I think this is a really nice image.

i agree, the eyes look good... but not crazy with the hand position and especially dislike the bumpy skin on the nose and near the left brow.

those are some intense-looking eyes! You seem to have captured a lot of detail in this photo; you can see the contours of her skin. I can't say that I like the position of her hand, though.

Really appreciate the comments guys. Please keep it coming, escpecially, about the lighting. Also, I think I have to be more careful about the hand positioning.

Eyes look cool (cat like). A little blown out on the nose. Overall, very good.

Did you use a stripbox to get those catchlights? I love them!

Not a stripbox but a regular softbox placed on the front left of the subject. The front softbox is actually facing the lens at about 70 degree. I used a cutter to protect the lens from flare and also serve as cover for the softbox. Effectively, I turn a softbox into a stripbox as seen from the model point of view. Also, I put a white bounce on the right side of the camera (you can see it in the eye as the fainter white stripe). I learned this technique from Mr. Urs Recher during his visit to my country. He is the resident photographer and consultant at Broncolor.

This light is quite interesting in term of softness. It is actually quite a hardlight, as you can see on on left side of the model's face. But, her right side is much closer to the light source to the contrast is lower, hence, less bumpy. The distance between the face an the softbox is about 8-10 inches. The shoot was quite tight.
