No not a jab, it was a comment related to this thread.. It has taken numerous posts just to figure out what the OP meant in the original post. Some important information was left out and then the post was further obfuscated by random guesses as to what the OP meant.

Not being derogatory toward you.. the post has been confusing due to a lack of information. As some thought it was a subscription for a magazine etc. :D

LOL.....I guess this thread is still is having communication issues ;)

It is pity that you have missed the chance. Did you apply for the job in that magazine or they them self called you for the trial shoot?

You could have checked your emails at Starbucks or any other cafe with free wifi. :)

Anyhow, dont worry. You may have better chance sooner.:)

I rang them originally, they told me to email them, which I did with a little bit about myself :) I hope that isn't the last I have heard from them, lol

I do. It's the 'at-some-point-theres-got-be-a-point' thought that make you keep reading. I fell for it too.

Some things are beyond help.

This thread is one of them.

I think the best you can do is at least try to contact them, explaining what happened...I recognize they might not take you seriously after 2 months, but who knows, maybe somebody with staffing will take sympathy. You never know unless you try. The worst that can happen is you don't get a trial, and that's what you would have gotten anyway.

Thanks, I did, during the period of them sending the email and me reading the email, phone them up again with another email...though only once..because I don't want to get on their nerves etc...
