Ordered a Sigma 150-500, gonna need a bigger bag obviously. Thinking on the Lowepro 350. Anybody know if it will properly fit a Canon XSi with the 150-500 mounted?

I do have the Pro Runner 300 and 450 AW, both of which will take the Bigmos. You may want to take a look at the Pro Runner 350AW (which is the Pro Runner 300 plus a slot for a 15" laptop), otherwise you may want to consider going to a local shop and taking a look at the Fastpack. FWIW, HTH and all that... I was checking out that 450 AW you mentioned. I'm thinking on going with that one when I order one. "There's an Evil Monkey in my closet!"

I'm thinking on going with that one when I order one. It ain't for the faint of heart, I'll say that much. It's dimensions arent that much smaller than my Vertex 300, that's why I mentioned the 350 AW (I assumed you wanted something along the same capacity as the Fastpack 350). And it's definitely DEEP. I don't really plan to do alot of hiking or mountain climbing with it, just nice to fit my stuff with a little extra room for new stuff. "There's an Evil Monkey in my closet!"
