Any shoulder style bags that hold attached 70-200 + hood?

I would like a bag that can hold the lens attached + hood in a vertical position. Flap does not have to necessarily clasp when hood is forward. As long as the flap can cover the camera body, but would need the bag to close securely when the hood is reversed / finished shooting.

Would also like the bag to hold another body + attached lens & the 580EX II flash.

If there is no such bag, any recommendations on a bag that comes close?

Crumpler 8 Million Dollar Home might be able to pull that off. The bag is deep, and wide enough for two nongripped bodies.

I have the 8 MDH and it fits my 70-200 and my gripped 7D in the vertical position. it was made for this particular reason.

The Think Tank UD35 can hold this plus a pro sized body - and a laptop. It is a very narrow bag, so that is very comfortable to carry over the shoulder.

The new Think Tank Retrospective 20 will supposedly do it but only with the hood reversed.

My Lowepro Stealth Reporter 650 AW holds three big zoom lenses with my "gripped" 20D attached to any one of them. One of my lenses is the 70-200 f/2.8L IS. It needs to have the hood reversed, but the 16-35 f/2.8L and 24-70 f/2.8L both wear their hoods in a ready-to-use fashion when in the case.

There's also room for a lot of other stuff - my flash, L-358 handheld meter and its 1°spotmeter attachment, cleaning stuff, right-angle viewer, charging equipment for the camera batteries, etc.

It's too bad you need the flash because I never use my flash with the 70-200 2.8 IS. I use the Think Tank long holster, which has an extended bottom for if you want the hood on. I store the 7D with 70-200 2.8 IS with the hood reversed so it's shorter, but when I shoot and I need the ever ready position, I can extend the end. I keep the 5D2 with 24-70 and extra lenses and flashes in my Domke F-802. This allows me to spread the weight.

8 Million Dollar Home: 5DM2, with 24-105 attached, 70-200 2.8 and flash on either side. Lots of pockets for CF cards, gadgets, etc.

Tenba Messenger fits the camera with lens and the hood reversed.

Think Tank pop-down holster often snags the lens when you try to withdraw the camera; at least the ones I have tried.
