Recently purchased a IDS3 from Canon pro dealer, got it home and popped in a card, formatted it and up popped Err02 , Change card, cannot format.
How Strange I thought, got another card, popped in, OK. Hmmm...
few days later, same thing,oh dear, a problem here, ejecting and reinserting card cleared the fault, So, I thought id keep an eye on this and see if it will develop, so there I am in the middle of a shoot, hired models ,MUA, studio and bang, did it again but this time it wouldn't clear, changed cards to no avail, shoot terminated, I only use good quality Sandisk media, Canons flagship is obviously under warranty and Im probably entitled to a replacement under the sale of goods act as the fault was there from the off, not to mention repair and it is now with Canon via the dealer, I just wonder if anyone else has encountered card reading problems and if it was resolved easily as I dont want recurring problems?
