First of all, my comment was meant to be just as advice, nothing more. Not as "I'm so much better then you" or anything like this. If you took it this way, it's perfectly fine with me, even though it wasn't meant this way... at least from my side, but I couldn't say same about your writing on my blog
About "being a long time freelancer and stringer so I know better then you" part... try to synchronize your statements about being long time pro, excitement about being "published", and bio on your web 
I don't think I ever said I know everything, or that I'm something special or better then rest. I admit I always love to learn something new, from any of my pro buddies, from hobby shooters, or from people who just got their first camera yesterday. And if nothing else, I learned today, to stay away from such threads, where people are bragging that they finally got "published". And to stay away from giving advices to people I don't know.
And about me not being published lately... yup it must be this
