If you use this software it's been released for Mac and Windows.

is it a known problem with win7, i wasnt sure if it was that or something with my hardware. I got the old version working on a vista machine and xp but the machine in the studio is win7. software loads fine but dosnt find the usb, but windows shows the usb connected.

I don't have Win 7 yet or the USB Tx so I can't advise, it might me an idea to contact Elinchrom I hope they'd put a contact email in for feedback.

well it worked, then stopped working, then froze. hmmm. still it got further on win 7 than before
