Wu was MIA but Leyla and I went down and had a nice sea bug dinner near where she was staying. She called and had been out of cell service but was just across the river in Alexandria, VA. waiting on the water taxi thingy. There are boats that go back and forth from Alexandria and where she is staying at The National Harbor in Maryland. The Harbor is new and until a few years ago there was no reason to go there except to dump a body. Now they have a nice place with restaurants and such.

Wu and her friend arrived, only ones on the boat, and music started playing and colored lights lighting. It was quite the fanfare. I don't know if it is every time a boat comes in but we agreed it was for Wu.We hung out on the dock by the Potomac and chatted. Perfect weather to just hang out. We caught up a bit as we don't chat like we did back when she was here more. It was really nice and comfortable, like sitting with an old friend. Wu is wonderful and so is her friend and I suspect very much like Leyla and I. She is an old soul and feels like she has great thoughts. We took some pictures but I am not authorized to share:lol: I will respect her wishes. It was fun to laugh and talk and hug but way to short as visits with good people always are:)

Yeah I type slow.

VERY nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry we won't get to see pictures though... :(

How to give your cat a pill:

Sit on sofa. Pick up cat and cradle it in the crook of your elbow as though you were going to give a bottle to a baby. Talk softly to it.

...

OMG I laughed SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My hall mates no longer THINK I am crazy... they KNOW I am!!!!!!!!!!!

G'MAE!

Chet, as weird as you are, be careful, ok? Would hate for something to happen to you because of a snobby driver.

GMAE.....

I don't seem able to open the photos of Neil's doggie mansion. I've tried 4 different computers, so I'm thinking the problem might be with his server. Anyone else able to open them?

She hesitated for a split 2nd which gave me the advantage. I know I should restrain and let those red light idiots go, but it is satisfying to block one occasionally.
