Okay I am a little intrigued, and willing to try because you made it yourself. Do tel,l how does one mix sour cream and popcorn? *raises a brow and looks sideways*

One pops the corn, flavors with butter, then salts with flavored stuff :p

So it is not gourmet...it keeps me out of the potato chips :lol: :p

Actually years ago we did Atkins. We lost tons but even after slipping a bit kept it off awhile by just not snacking. We snack now :roll:
