... They ruined it though. French onion calls for a crouton floated on top then covered in melty cheese. This place used salad croutons:roll: Nothing like a little Italian seasoning mixed with French onion, gaaaaaah:roll:

That's more than just ruined it.. That's killing it.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

......"b4"?!? Are you serious? Text speak in the heating/cooking directions?!? The weird part is, there was nothing like that anywhere else in the directions...

Firefox spell checker for sure.

A sweet onion caramelized a bit into gooey, yummy, sweetness is heaven in soup, burgers, taters....... Me thinks you need to try a good onion and give it another chance.

I have recently developed a taste for onions...my favorite (for now) is raw red onion on a variety of things.

Onions are a major no-no in my diet. I spent countless hours at the dinner table as a youngster cause I refused to eat them. I held out though and to this day I won't eat one.

I had the same experience. Parents would give me 15 minutes after everyone else had left the table, then I had 3 options. Eat them, get a spanking, or go to bed for the night. I remember one warm summer evening when I was around 6 and I had opted for bed. The other kids in town wanted to play baseball and needed another player. My brother told them about the trouble I was in and they all came over and stood below my bedroom window. " We really need you or we won't have enough people for a good game, just take the spanking. It will only hurt for a little while then we can play ball for an hour!" Right. My dad could spank right up there with the best of them. I don't remember if they had their game that night, but I know I didn't take the spanking.

Yuck to all cooked onions. Greasy, slimy, disgusting things.

Nothing wrong with napping. I took 2 naps in 1. I usually only sleep about an hour or two. I napped 4 hours!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE napping!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just don't get to take naps very often!

I was going to take the boys to the pool.... darned thunderstorms.... They ended up closing! So we are going to go bright and early in the morning! Ok not really early... our pool opens at 10:30... I will get to 'sleep' in a little! :D

Oh yeah, playing ball is worth a good whompin'.

My dad had me go get a belt to use. I quickly learned about PSI (pounds per square inch). Those wide belts hurt way less, and left less of a welt than the skinny ones, that's for sure. ;)

I miss dressing Ashley up in her bandannas, hats, sunglasses, booties, etc. :(

Then, I remember the times we had to turn around half-way into a 20+ mile round trip hike because I noticed she had managed to to lose a boot somewhere, and we'd backtrack a mile or so to find it...

nap (nāp)
n. A brief sleep, often during the day.

10 minutes is brief, 4 hours is not. That is about as much as I sleep at night much of the time.

It took about 6 hours (with interruptions) to get through the Princess Bride. I enjoyed it immensely. I will pay closer attention to your recommendations from now on.

If I had to pick one onion, it would be the Vidalia sweet onion. There are some situations, where only a red onion will do, however, and you can't switch them.
