I LOVE red onions. I prefer them to all other varieties...

Makes no difference, red, brown, yellow, sweet, they're all enormous. When there are only two people, one of whom doesn't eat a lot of onions, there's no way to avoid waste. A half an onion won't keep, even in the fridge. It's wasteful by design. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

There is rarely a day that goes by where I don't use onion on or in something. Now, they only sell the really, really, really big ones. [/Onion Rant] Dice them up and freeze them!!! Paula
