Folks,
If shooting with a 70-200 lens in a monopod with say body and grip hanging off it.....would I be better switching image stabilser off ?
I understand you do when on a tripod !

I generally use a monopod when shooting slow, under 1/20 second, so I use the mono and stabilization to get all the help I can.
