And speaking of Elinchrom, did you notice the two new phantom Rotagrids?

On the B&H site, that is. The Rotagrid for the 27" softbox has been around for awhile but where did the other two come from:

No mention of either of them on the Elinchrom site or anywhere else for that matter.

They are in stock here in Sweden and have been fore a while, i dont think they are that new. I dont check the Elinchrom page that often, it might have been posted a while ago ?

They're not on any page of the Elinchrom website, Paul. That I find really strange.

So, are these grids made by Elinchrom or by Lighttools? They certainly carry Elinchrom-like prices (not stratospheric, that is). I thought Mark A. told us that, apart from the 27" Rotagrid, all grids would be made by Lighttools. Curious situation.

They are not on the website proper, but they are listed on the Rotalux PDF including the phantom 70cm Deep Octa that I pointed out months ago. I find eli's marketing and development a bit off the beaten path for such pricey gear.
